Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 2-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If for some reason you did not receive this information, let us know at lakeandember@gmail.com and we will update you on the status of your order. 

Actual delivery time depends on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office I have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. I am not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package. 

Free Local Delivery

We do offer free local delivery on all orders over $35. If your zip code is within 6 miles from our studio you can enter "BOERNELOCAL" in the discount code section of the checkout page. This will make the shipping free. Please email with the info of where to deliver to. We will drop off within 1-3 business days. Free Shipping on all US orders $65 and over

Any orders totaling $65 before tax will have free shipping.
