Will my soap look exactly like the pictures?

Since we hand pour each batch of artisan soap in small batches there will be variations in color and design, even within each batch. You may also have tiny imperfections such as little bubbles or some marks from the cutting of the soap.

Is your soap palm free?

Yes it is.

I’ve placed my order already- can I make changes?

No Problem! As long as we haven't shipped it out already email us as soon as possible at lakeandember@gmail.com. 

I’d like to place a large order - who should I contact?

If you would like to place a bulk order, please reach out to us via email at lakeandember@gmail.com with the subject, "Bulk Order Request.”

 My order arrived damaged - what do I do?

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that. We pack all of our orders with love and care.  However, sometimes things happen in transit that are out of our control. If you received something that was damaged in transit, please email lakeandember@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of the damaged item - we will send out a replacement ASAP.

Will the candles ship okay in the hot summer months?

We will most likely only ship candles out M-W and during extreme heat we will include a cold pack. Please pay attention to your tracking and try to get it off of your porch as soon as you can so it's not sitting in the heat.

What is your refund policy?

For safety concerns, all bath and body products sales are final. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email.

If I live in Boerne can I pick up or have my order delivered?

Yes! If you live within a 6 mile radius of us in Boerne, TX you can enter a discount code which will make the shipping free. The local discount code is: BOERNELOCAL. Email us with your order number and the address you want it delivered to. We will set up the date of delivery and will leave at the front door of the address given. If you want to pick up at the studio just email to arrange that and we will contact you.

If the code is entered and you are not in the 6 mile radius we will contact you to cancel the order and it will need to be reordered.
